OUR MISSION:
At the Macrobats, our vision is to bring a top quality competitive sporting experience to families in all communities at a discount price. We understand that there are many families who are either coming from a humble place of modest means, or financially underprivileged altogether. We believe that regardless of the financial position any person is coming from, that they deserve an equal opportunity to manifest their dreams of becoming a professional athlete. We believe in the potential of all current and aspiring student athletes, regardless of their current or prior physical, financial, academic or social status. Our main objective is to enhance the performance abilities in all athletic, ethical, and morally beneficial areas of the personal and collective interest between coaches, parents, and players, as well as to ensure that all aspiring student and/or professional athletes involved with our organization receive equal (or better) quality athletic training as any of our overly priced championship contenders. We also believe that the parent/s of our student athletes are just as much members of our team as any of our players or coaches. We strongly believe that as long as all team members work together within their roles towards accomplishing our overall goal of creating more acceptable, responsible, and productive members of society through DEDICATION, DETERMINATION, and DISCIPLINE, that we can ultimately flourish in our collective success as coaches, players, and parents alike.
